Cruise Ship Interiors expo had been anticipated to be another of Elite Exhibitions events not to be missed for anyone in the cruise ship interiors market.

After the success of Miami we were excited to see what the European expo had to offer for Forbo Flooring Systems transport flooring. Having had some fantastic success in recent years working alongside some of the biggest names in the cruise & river cruise industry, we were keen to meet some new and existing contacts and this exhibition certainly didn’t disappoint!

Launch Party

The launch party was held at KETTAL’s showroom in the heart of Barcelona the evening before the expo opened. There was a great mix of people from exhibitors to designers creating a fantastic networking / social event for all, with plenty of nibbles and drinks to go around.

Exhibition

The exhibition was held over 2 days, we had the chance of meeting some new & existing contacts who came onto our stand, but were also able to pre plan meetings via the B2B meeting system that was provided by Elite Exhibitions. Throughout the expo and via the B2B meeting system, we were able to meet a number influential new contacts for markets throughout Europe & further afield.

There were further opportunities to network at sponsored networking/drinks events taking place at the end of day 1. Throughout both days we received good foot traffic onto our stand. Customers who visited our stand were keen to learn more about our flooring products and what Forbo have to offer to improve onboard marine environments.

The exhibition also included a conference, with extremely relevant speakers and topics, which helped our sales & marketing team to further develop their knowledge of the marine interiors industry.
